TRAINING

Training is voluntary, but maximum attendance is encouraged.  That being said, we all have families, careers and lives, so we make every effort to not make the training invasive, burdensome, or disrespectful of anyone’s time.

A portion of the training can/will be provided by online classes/material.

The purpose of training is to learn and master the skills the NTM will use if called upon, to improve the effectiveness of our operations, and to create a capable resource for our communities.
