ORGANIZATION
In order to be effective in carrying out it’s missions, the NTM is structured in a similar manner to the U.S. military. Our leadership chain is staffed by volunteers willing to commit the necessary time to carry out their duties. This leadership chain will facilitate communication and order for the execution of training, operations, and activities.
Members are expected to be respectful in all communications. Members are expected to follow reasonable directions as may be given from time to time during training or operations. Member’s willingness to accept and follow this structure is critical to ensuring good order within the organization and effective execution of our objectives.
Leadership Chain:
Commanding Officer (1)
Executive Officer (1)
Captain (3)(1st, 2nd, and 3rd Battalions)
Lieutenants (9)(Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo, and Foxtrot Companies)
Based on this structure, the current manpower goal for the NTM is 1,200 members.
Members will be asked to provide their backgrounds relevant to police or military service, medical training, or any other relevant specialized skill-set. These members will collectively assist in developing the policies, procedures, training, tactics and activities of the NTM.
Recruiting: Members are encouraged to discuss membership in the NTM with others in their community who might be willing to participate.
